The Memory Box Studio LLC (“The Memory Box,” “we,” “us”) is a photo booth and event experience company based in Central Pennsylvania. This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website.

It applies to this website only. Payments, invoices, and event agreements are handled separately through Square and your own agreement with us, and those services have their own privacy policies.

This website is an informational site about our photo booth services. You can read about our packages, view our gallery, and send us an inquiry. You cannot create an account, book an event, upload photographs, or make a payment through this website.

We collect only the information you choose to enter into the inquiry form. Depending on which fields you complete, that may include:

• Your name and email address (required)
• Your phone number
• Your event date, event type, and preferred start time
• Your venue or location and estimated guest count
• The package you are interested in
• Any additional details you write in the message field

Required fields are marked with an asterisk. Please do not send sensitive information — such as payment details, government identification, or health information — through the inquiry form.

We do not collect payment card numbers, bank details, government identification numbers, or account passwords through this website. We do not ask you to upload photographs or documents. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We use the information you submit only to:

• Respond to your inquiry and answer your questions
• Check whether we are available for your date and prepare a quote
• Follow up with you about your event if you ask us to
• Keep ordinary business records of inquiries we have received

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not send marketing email to addresses submitted through this form unless you ask us to.

We keep inquiry information while we are corresponding with you and afterward for as long as needed for our business records and any applicable legal or tax obligations, then we delete it. If you would like your inquiry removed sooner, contact us and we will delete it unless we are required to keep it.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make this website work, and only as needed to respond to you:

• Base44 — hosts this website, stores inquiry submissions in our private database, and delivers the email notification to us when a form is submitted.
• Google Fonts — supplies the typefaces used on this site. When your browser loads those font files, Google receives your IP address and browser information.
• Email delivery providers — route inquiry notifications to our business inbox.
• Square — if you later choose to book, payment and invoicing are handled through Square, outside this website.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others. We do not otherwise share your information with third parties.

We measure basic website activity so we know which pages are useful — for example, how many visitors open our contact page and how many inquiries are submitted. These are simple counts collected by our website platform; they are not used to build advertising profiles and are not shared with advertising networks.

This website does not place advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or advertising pixels on your device, and we do not run third-party ad networks here. Your browser may store small technical items needed for the site to display correctly, such as remembering that a page was loaded.

Our social media links point to Facebook, which has its own privacy policy once you leave this site.

This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, so information you type into the inquiry form is encrypted in transit. Submissions are stored in a private database that is accessible only to administrators we authorize — they are not public, and other website visitors cannot view them. The form also includes validation, spam protection, and submission limits to reduce automated abuse.

No website or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If we ever became aware of a breach affecting your information, we would notify affected individuals as required by applicable law.

You can ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. Email info@thememorybox.info with your request and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may ask you to verify that you are the person the inquiry relates to before we act on it.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, including the right to appeal a decision we make about your request. We will honor requests as required by the law that applies to you.

This website is intended for adults planning events. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes will apply going forward and will not retroactively alter how we treat information we already collected.
